In the early hours of May 1st, 2010, a 23-year-old woman named Shannan Gilbert called 911 from inside a stranger's house on Long Island's south shore. She said someone was after her. She ran into a marsh and was never seen alive again. Police went looking for her and found something else entirely: four women buried in burlap along a remote stretch of Ocean Parkway.
